First Visit

On the first visit, your nurse or therapist (depending on what your doctor ordered) will do an evaluation to determine what services and treatment you need. This will include obtaining your medical history and medication profile. Following this, they will begin the appropriate treatment on that day and set up a schedule with you for future visits.
